Intermediate I Progressive Series: Wednesday’s 7:45 pm – 8:30 pm
**Please note: Intermediate I & II classes alternate monthly in the 7:45 pm time slot.**
What to Expect…
- Week 1: Posture, Poise, Pitch, Starter Step, Introduction to Counter Balance
- Week 2: Turn Technique, Side Passes
- Week 3: Tethering, Side Pass
- Week 4: Open Whip, Focusing on Coaster Steps & Angles, Slingshot
Intermediate II Progressive Series: Wednesday’s 7:45 pm – 8:30 pm

What to Expect…
- Week 1: Cross Hand Holds & “Wrong” Hand Holds, Side Passes
- Week 2: Body Flight, Intro to ‘Rock & Go’s’
- Week 3: Frame/Partnership, Under Rotation/Over Rotation, Lead Central Silent, Follow Central Silent
- Week 4: Compression/Tension Drills, Introduction to Amalgamations, 2 Beat Element Series
