Rocket Westies brings people together for West Coast Swing classes, social dancing, and events. This policy explains what information we collect through rocketwesties.com, how we use it, and how to contact us about it.

We use Jotform for online forms and event registration. Jotform processes the information you submit through those forms on our behalf. If you make a payment, the payment service presented during checkout processes the information needed to complete it. Rocket Westies does not ask you to email us your payment card details.
Email updates
We use Brevo to manage our email list and send updates about Rocket Westies classes and events. Brevo processes subscriber information on our behalf. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in an email or by contacting us at rocketwesties@gmail.com.
We may still contact you about an event you registered for, such as a schedule change, even if you unsubscribe from promotional emails.
Comments and cookies
If you leave a comment on our website, we collect the information entered in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser information, to help detect spam. Approved comments are visible to the public.
If you choose to save your name, email address, and website when commenting, the site uses cookies so you do not have to enter them again. These cookies last for one year. WordPress also uses temporary and login cookies for people who access the website’s administration features.
